DIGITALUP HOSTING aims to provide reliable hosting services and fair customer support.

Customers may request a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Purchase date
  • Account standing
  • Abuse history
  • Applicable legal requirements

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase of eligible hosting services.

Eligible services may include:

  • Shared Hosting
  • Web Hosting Plans
  • VPS Hosting
  • Cloud Hosting

Refund requests submitted after the refund period are not guaranteed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Renewals
  • Upgrades performed after service activation
  • Administrative fees
  • Setup fees
  • Custom services
  • Professional services
  • One-time configuration services
  • Services suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Services terminated for abuse

4. Account Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time through their client area or by contacting support.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding charges incurred before cancellation.

5. Automatic Renewals

Services may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Customers are responsible for managing renewal settings.

Refunds for automatically renewed services may be granted at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact DIGITALUP HOSTING before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Services may be suspended immediately.
  • Associated accounts may be restricted.
  • Outstanding balances may become immediately due.
  • Future purchases may be denied.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

7. Fraud Prevention

Refund requests may be denied when we reasonably determine:

  • Fraudulent activity occurred.
  • False information was provided.
  • Services were abused.
  • The customer violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

5–14 business days

Actual processing times depend on:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Banking institutions
  • Payment providers

DIGITALUP HOSTING does not control third-party processing delays.

9. Service Interruptions

Temporary outages, maintenance windows, network interruptions, or third-party failures do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Any compensation may be handled according to applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA), if offered.

10. Right to Refuse Refunds

DIGITALUP HOSTING reserves the right to refuse refund requests where:

  • Services were substantially delivered.
  • Abuse occurred.
  • Fraud is suspected.
  • Excessive refund requests are made.
  • The request violates this policy.

11. Policy Changes

We may modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
