  • Conduct credential stuffing attacks
  • Intercept network traffic unlawfully
  • Scan third-party systems without permission

Security research may only be conducted with explicit authorization from the affected party.

5. Denial of Service Activities

The following are prohibited:

  • DoS attacks
  • Amplification attacks
  • Reflection attacks
  • Traffic flooding
  • Network disruption attempts

Users may not use DIGITALUP HOSTING services to participate in, facilitate, or coordinate attacks against any network or service.

6. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Customers may not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email
  • Operate spam campaigns
  • Use purchased email lists
  • Send deceptive marketing messages
  • Conduct SMS spam campaigns
  • Operate unsolicited messaging systems

Email services must comply with applicable anti-spam laws. Repeated spam complaints may result in immediate suspension.

7. Phishing and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Credential theft
  • Fake login pages
  • Banking scams
  • Cryptocurrency scams
  • Investment fraud
  • Fake support websites
  • Impersonation of businesses or individuals

Any phishing-related activity will result in immediate termination.

8. Intellectual Property

Users may not host or distribute content that infringes:

  • Copyrights
  • Trademarks
  • Patents
  • Trade secrets
  • Other intellectual property rights

DIGITALUP HOSTING will respond to valid copyright complaints and DMCA notices.

9. Child Safety

Any content involving child exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited.

Upon discovery of such content:

  • Services will be terminated immediately.

No warnings will be provided.

10. Violent and Dangerous Content

Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by DIGITALUP HOSTING.

Unauthorized mining activities may result in immediate suspension.

13. Adult Content

Legal adult content may be permitted where allowed by law.

However, prohibited content includes:

  • Non-consensual content
  • Illegal pornography
  • Content violating applicable laws

DIGITALUP HOSTING reserves the right to determine whether hosted content violates this policy.

Actions may be taken without prior notice in cases involving security risks or legal obligations.
